The seventh chakra is the Crown Chakra which is found at the top of the head. This particular chakra

When working with the crown chakra, the earth's energy is drawn up through your feet, reaching the heart
chakra where it mingles with the universal energy. A complex energy cycle is created, helping cut through
negativity and focusing the mind.
Blockages cause depression; life seems to have little meaning. You feel unbalanced and unable
to make decisions. Depending on the severity, this can lead to constant headaches, or even mental illness.
Silence and meditation are the keys to
opening the crown chakra, thus creating the correct atmosphere for spiritual awakening to occur.
Whenever you feel unfocused, imagine yourself as a tree with the branches spreading out into the
universe from your arms and your crown (top of head). Next visualise roots spreading down your legs and
into the ground, locking you in place, while feeding extra energy down through the crown chakra.
