Please note that for all web design work:

Quotes and estimates are valid for 60 days. After this time, all prices are subject to change.

The following payment terms apply (unless otherwise agreed in writing with ComeUpSmiling): 30% of total with order, the remaining 70%
in staged payments (subject to the Client's approval of each design component). All
previously agreed third party costs (e.g. web hosting) must be met in full prior to
such elements being actioned. Please also refer to our
Customer Guarantee.

The client must own the copyright or have reproduction rights of all content supplied to ComeUpSmiling for inclusion
in the web design.

Should uploading of pages onto the client's own webspace be required, ComeUpSmiling will need to
have access to the appropriate username and password. Such details will be held in the strictest confidence.

Whilst roughly half of our clients are based in Stockton, Stokesley, Ingleby Barwick or Yarm, we also have clients
from as far afield as Portsmouth and the Scottish Highlands, plus two in London, with email and phone ensuring that contact is
never a problem.
With every ComeUpSmiling site, the client is fully involved at each stage,
from the initial concept through to the completed design. There are a wealth of options on offer
