Although ComeUpSmiling is based in Yarm on Teesside, whether you're from Yarm, York or Yeovil,

Formed in July 2002, ComeUpSmiling provides business, ecommerce and database web design updates,
together with a range of html and php coding solutions. We can also offer an independent Design
Report of your present site, covering aspects such as Accessibility, Browser Compatibility, Design Style
and Structure.

Quotes and estimates are valid for 60 days. After this time, all prices are subject to change.

The following payment terms apply (unless otherwise agreed in writing with ComeUpSmiling):
- Design Updates: 30% of total with order, the remaining 70% in one or more staged payments
(subject to the Client's approval of each design phase).
- Website Design Reports: payment required in advance.
- Any associated Third Party Costs previously agreed with the client must also be met in full prior to such
elements being actioned.

The client must own the copyright or have reproduction rights of all content supplied to ComeUpSmiling for inclusion
in any update.

Should uploading of pages onto the client's own webspace be required, ComeUpSmiling will need to
have access to the appropriate username and password. Such details will be held in the strictest confidence.

The most helpful clients are those who have thought hard about their proposed website;
they've checked out a range of sites, and consequently have a clear idea of what they
want on each individual page, while still willing to listen to professional advice.
They already have the text prepared and ordered by page in Word. The various images have
been labeled, optimised, are of the correct size, and available as jpegs, gifs or pngs.
They know exactly what questions should be on the Contact Form.
They also know the basic design structure of the site and the exact colours required.
If requesting a database, they have an Excel spreadsheet of all the data, and exactly
which components need to be viewed on what page.
With an ecommerce site, they already have a spreadsheet ready with 1000 products,
containing full descriptions, prices, colour and size options.
They've decided on the width of each page in pixels, or have deliberately opted for the
fluid width option and set it at 100%; they are flexible about which domain name to pick,
but are clear as to the title for the site, plus keywords, and search engine description...
Oh well, miracles do sometimes happen.
