Ecommerce web design with JShop Server offers a wealth of options e.g. customer accounts, stock control, gift certificates etc. For a shopping site selling less than 40 items, a simpler shopping cart such as PayPal (which accepts all major credit cards) is generally preferable to JShop Server.

Permutations somewhere bewteen our two JShop packages are generally the most appropriate for the majority of medium-sized shopping sites, with such sites thus costing about £1880 including domain name and hosting.

JShop Server Restricted, Three-column Design
£1490 (or £1570 with 1 year's hosting* & domain name); unlimited products.

This version contains similar shopping elements to those described above; however, only a standard three-column design is offered and this package does not include customisation of certain advanced JShop Server features - such features are still available and can easily be added to the client's package for between £10 and £160 each.

The three-column design is a standard structure for many ecommerce sites, and despite the restricted options, most normal pricing combinations are still available. The JShop features normally excluded are: affiliate scheme, gift certificates, offer codes, newsletter, customer accounts (and consequently customer reviews, customer wishlists), stock control, courier settings, supplier settings, multiple languages and multiple currencies, associated products option, grouping products option, shipping zones, and the advanced pricing combinations option.

PayPal Packages
20 products: £560 (£640 with 1 years hosting* & domain name) or £900/£980 if individual product pages required. The client will need to set-up a PayPal business account which will need to be accessed in order to carry out the appropriate website integration.

In any ecommerce quote, unless specifically detailed, it is assumed that the customer has already set up an appropriate Internet Merchant Account, or has the ability to process credit card payments, as a secure server and appropriate certification may be required.
